Melinda Warren, Founder & CEO
Melinda immersed herself in the study of real estate with an objective to preserve and grow this family legacy through passive real estate investments. Through extensive research, training & networking, it became clear that the most discerning investors own commercial and multi-family apartment assets. After investing in multiple deals, the resulting monthly cash flow and tax benefits reinforced that the passive investing approach would be the fastest route toward her early retirement goals. A successful career in sales for some of the world’s largest tech companies including Yahoo, Microsoft, and Hulu has afforded Melinda the opportunity to work with professionals from all walks of life and learn the intrinsic value of personal relationships. Her motivation for founding Echo Investment Partners is to help others learn how passive income can free up their life’s choices.
Susan Antani, Operations & Content Architect
Susan is an entrepreneur at heart and has always been passionate about real estate. A digital marketing leader and veteran of the media industry, she co-founded the digital marketing and content company, Tasty Shop Media, and has worked for some of the biggest media companies in the world including Disney, Warner Bros. and CBS.
As with so many before her, Susan’s eyes were opened to the power of real estate investing after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Since then, she’s been on a journey of educating herself on the dynamics of real estate investing through the wisdom of thought-leaders, books, podcasts, networking, meet-ups and conferences.
Eager to start building streams of passive income, yet feeling priced out of her Los Angeles market, Susan purchased several small multi-family properties out of state. She quickly realized there was a faster and easier option in which to scale up her investments without managing properties long distance: multi-family apartments.
Now focused on raising capital for multi-family syndications and finding great deals for her investors, Susan is on a mission to educate others that there is an alternative to the conventional “9-to-5/401K/white picket-fence” mentality. She lives by the wisdom that asset creation and building dedicated streams of passive income are the pathways to living the life you truly desire.
